At the Refactor, we believe that coaching and mentorship are some of the main reasons people have a hard time transitioning into tech. We've only just started years ago but already know for those who want to not only change their career but also live healthier lives requires hard-earned skills dedication; an eagerness about trying new things despite what you may think is possible or too difficult--and most importantly: having each other’s backs throughout all stages in transition!
